Housing & Responsible Growth Pickering needs growth that works for the people who already call this city home. I will support: Responsible and well-planned development. A range of housing options for families, seniors, and young people. Infrastructure that keeps pace with new development. Protecting established neighbourhoods while planning intelligently for growth. Meaningful community input before major decisions are made. We can grow Pickering without losing what makes Pickering home.

Safer, Stronger Neighbourhoods Every resident should feel safe in their home and community. I will work toward: Stronger collaboration with Durham Regional Police and community partners. Better lighting and safer public spaces. Addressing traffic, speeding, and dangerous driving concerns. Supporting safer parks, trails, and neighbourhoods. Listening directly to residents about local safety concerns. Safety is not a luxury. It is a basic responsibility of leadership.

Roads, Traffic & Transportation Pickering is growing, and our infrastructure must keep pace. My priorities include: Improving road maintenance and infrastructure planning. Addressing traffic congestion and bottlenecks. Improving pedestrian and cycling connections where appropriate. Supporting reliable public transportation. Planning infrastructure alongside growth instead of reacting after problems appear. Growth should come with a plan, not an apology.
